  • How do I set up an account?

    Go to Sign in/Register at the top right of the home page and click Create an Account. Once you have filled in your details you can go ahead and place an order.

  • What payment method can I use?

    If you are a UK school you can order on account provided you have one. If you do not have an account you can register online or contact out Customer Service Team on 01553 816082. You can also order via credit card, debit card or PayPal if you are a UK based school or private individual.
    International orders will be issued with a pro-forma invoice including a quotation for delivery and will be despatched on receipt of the full balance on the account including any delivery charges.

  • Can I use a Purchase Order Number?

    If you have an approved account, you can order using a purchase order number that we will quote on your invoice. This can be entered at checkout.

  • How do I view my purchase history?

    To view your purchase history, click on My Account on the top-right of any page when you are logged in. Then click on the My Orders tab. Any orders you have placed online will be displayed in list form. Click on View Order to view a summary.

  • Can I order a catalogue?

    Yes please enter your details here and we will be happy to send one out. Alternatively, you can view our current catalogues online here

  • Can I see sample pages of your titles?

    We hold sample pages on many titles and you can view these online by browsing to the collection or title and looking for the Look Inside tab on the image.

  • Do you provide Accelerated Reader™ labels?

    We do provide Accelerated Reader™ labels free of charge with orders from our Accelerated Reader™ collections. We supply labels on a sheet ready for you to place on the books. Inside cover stickers detail the book title, author, quiz number, book level, books points and interest level and spine stickers show the book level and interest level. We also offer a service to create and purchase stickers if you require them for your existing stock. Please contact us for details.

  • Do you provide Book Band Stickers?

    Some products (such as our popular Mixed Banded Boxes) include book band stickers free of charge. Please see the product details to check if they are included. We also offer Colour Banding Stickers which can be purchased for use with Book Bands or phonic phases, in our Banded Accessories range.

  • Do you provide Protective Book Jackets?

    All reading scheme and guided reading books are supplied fitted with free protective plastic jackets to help your investment last much longer. Plastic jackets can also be purchased in a range of sizes if you wish to protect existing stock. These start from just 30p each, with a minimum order of ten covers. Please contact us for details.

    A note about recycling: Our protective jackets can be recycled up to 7 times, after which they can be recycled further into coloured or black PVC by the plastics industry.

  • Do you charge VAT?

    All prices are shown inclusive of VAT, where applicable. If you have purchased a product with an eBook PDF resource that is supplied on CD you will have been charged VAT (at the current rate) for the value of the CD resource. Books and downloadable products are exempt from VAT but books on CD and other book related resources, such as flashcards, incur VAT under UK law.

  • What is the delivery period for an order?

    Our standard delivery period is five working days for UK orders. We aim to deliver international orders within 10 working days. Occasionally orders may take longer if some of the titles in a collection are out of stock and are unavailable at the publisher. If this is the case, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and give you the option to part-ship your order and send the remaining part free of charge as soon as it is available. We will ensure we keep you informed at every stage of the process.

  • What are your delivery charges?

    Delivery for orders over £50 is free in the UK Mainland, and £4.95 for orders under £50. For other areas please see our delivery charges here.

    Accelerated Reader™ (AR) is a whole class management and monitoring programme that aims to foster independent reading in primary and secondary school pupils. It is currently the most popular reading practice software in UK schools.     Book bands are a popular way of grading books by difficulty level. Each level has its own colour and can be used for reading scheme books and ‘real’ books. This helps teachers to easily discover books that meet the needs of individual pupils whilst bringing variety and breadth to children’s reading diets and helping children to get the most out of reading for pleasure.     You will find FREE DOWNLOADS hosted under both the Primary Schools and Secondary Schools drop down menus towards the top of the home page. Alternatively, click on the links below:

    When you have found the resource you want, click ADD TO BASKET and proceed to check out as normal. You will not be charged for free downloads, which will be emailed to you directly and saved in your account under a section called My Downloads. You are welcome to save, print and share these resources freely with pupils and colleagues in your setting.

  • Can I share my basket with colleagues?

    Yes! Sharing your basket with your colleagues, finance department, PTA or anyone else you wish to is easy with Badger Learning. They can even complete the purchase for you in a few simple steps.
