Free My Life PSHE Year 4 Lesson - Looking After Myself
How can I recognise when I am not physically well or my body is becoming unhealthy, and what can I do about it?
It is vitally important for children to be able to reflect on what signs they might have if they are feeling unwell. How do we know when we are not well? Does our body give us warning signs? Where can we go for help?

If any of these are the case, think about this child, their needs and how best to support them. Some might need a chat before the lesson to explain what is being talked about; others might have different needs. Talk to your SLT for support on this.
