ELS: Essential Phonic Readers: Oxford Reading Level 3 Class Pack

This Essential Phonic Readers pack is a selection of fiction and non-fiction reading books, perfectly aligned to each week of teaching the Essential Letters and Sounds SSP, enabling children to reinforce their phonics and only read the sounds they are familiar with. Each title in this pack is fully decodable. Essential Letters and Sounds is a DfE validated phonics programme which matches the progression of Letters and Sounds (2007).

The pack of 54 books includes six copies each of the 9 titles at Oxford Reading Level 3, Phase 3–4, for Reception children to read in Autumn Term 2, Weeks 4–6 and Spring Term 1, Weeks 1–6. Four ‘Review’ books will provide the opportunity to go over all sounds learned to date and consolidate in Autumn Term 2, Weeks 5 and 6, and in Spring Term 1, Weeks 5 and 6.
