How do I Return My Order?
If you wish to return an order you will need to do within the specified period on the invoice. To return the collection then please follow the simple instructions below: 1. Please phone 01553 816 060 quoting your account number and invoice number, these can be found on your invoice. 2. You will need to ensure that all books are inside the box along with your invoice. If you are unable to locate the invoice, please enclose a compliment slip with your school details. 3. Please securely seal the box, making sure that our address (below) is clearly visible on the outside and ensure the order is available at your designated delivery/collection point. If two boxes were received taped together, please ensure they are still taped together. Our courier will then collect the box from you within 1 to 5 working days. Oldmedow Road Hardwick Industrial Estate Kings Lynn Norfolk PE30 4JJ Please note; • All goods are supplied by Badger Learning on 28-day approval from despatch of goods. • If you wish to return your goods to us please notify us, within this period, stating the reason why you wish to return them. We will issue a Returns authorisation number which should be quoted on an inserted document and upon receipt of the returned Goods a refund will be made using the original payment method used. • Refunds will not be issued for unauthorised returns. • Goods must be returned in mint condition. • Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used or damaged by The Customer. • We will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit and recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. • In the case of digital or electronic product (Inc. eBooks), please contact us as directed above, within 7 days. If the digital or electronic product (Inc. eBooks) does not perform as described or has an error or defect, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse. When a refund is granted, we'll remove access to the eBook and your money will be returned.
What payment method can I use?
If you are a UK customer you can order on account provided you have one. If you do not have an account set up you can register online or contact out Customer Service Team. You can also order via credit or debit card if you are a school or a private individual. International orders are available as a proforma orders only and international orders will only be despatched on receipt of the full balance on the account including any delivery charges.
Can I use a Purchase Order Number?
If you have an approved account you can order using a purchase order number that will be used to invoice you for your order.
