inFact is an imaginative and attractive non-fiction series that aims to engage pupils in reading for pleasure as powerfully as fiction does. Starting from wordless books at Lilac book band (Oxford Level 1) the series introduces children to a world of fascinating facts as well as fun and interesting ways of presenting information. Books are decodable to Green book band (ORT level 5). These distinctive non-fiction books contain rich and varied text types, including personal accounts and biographies, to develop comprehension skills as well as to intrigue, inspire, and inform.
